She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Yazak and Sophia Cook Yazak; her brother H. Edward Yazak; her sisters-in-law, Jeanne Yazak and Victoria Yazak; her brother Thomas; and her sister-in-law Juanita Keenen.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Zeznick (Walter) of Olean, NY and Timothy Keenen (Melissa Metzler) of Frewsburg, NY; her grandchildren, Kristine Zeznick (Barrett Trimble) of Ramsey, MN, Katie Duggan (Kyle) of Allegany, NY and Kevin Zeznick (Christine) of Sammamish, WA; her great grandchildren, Mariellen Trimble, Elexa and Keenen Duggan; and her brother Dean "Dan" Yazak of Pensacola, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be sent to Our Lady of Peace Church or the Salamanca Public Library, 155 Wildwood Avenue, Salamanca, NY 14779.
