She was predeceased by: her brothers, Hubert Jr., Ralph Jr. and Wilbur Conger Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Royal A. Phillips Sr.; her son Royal A. Phillips Jr.; her significant other Barbie Fitzgerald of St. Regis Falls; her daughter Beatrice Parks of Plattsburgh; her grandchildren, Aundrea Keysor, Lora Parks-Recore, Ann Parks, Lanna Martin, Danyelle Fitzgerald, Zachary Fitzgerald, Josh Fitzgerald and Patrick Fitzgerald; her great grandchildren, Tyler Keysor, Isabella Keysor, Ryan Recore and Jake Recore; her brother Donald Conger of St. Regis Falls; her sister-in-law Phyllis Conger of St. Regis Falls; and her mother-in-law Letha Phillips of Norwich, NY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
