He was predeceased by: his daughter Stephanie Ann Knepp; his brothers, Robert Knepp and Herb Knepp; and his son-in-law Bill Sexton. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Mary Palmer of St. Regis Falls; his son-in-law Larry Palmer of St. Regis Falls; his daughters, Evelyn Sexton of Owls Head and Barbara Sabourin of Mt; his son-in-law Bill Sabourin of Mt; his son Leonard Knepp of Rouses Point; his grandchildren, Robert, Larry, Emily, Kaitlin and Gabriel; his significant other Charlie; and also, Joansie and Pug. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
