She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert K. Evans and Eva A. Evans (Amy); and her siblings, Janet Cornish, Karen Hogan, David Evans and Albert K. Evans, II.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elizabeth Biechy of Fonda, Cindy Becker (Gary) of Fonda, Freida Lyons (George) of St. Johnsville and James P. Evans (Cheri) of Lasselsville. She is also survived by numerous loving cousins, nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
