He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlando Hazzard and Bertha Hazzard (Trask). He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Hazzard (Donna Vogt), Thomas Hazzard (Mark Cole), David Hazzard (Courtney), Ronald Hazzard, Jr. (Tina) and Ryan Hazzard (Staci); and his siblings, Doris Bawolak, Darwin Hazzard (Bonnie) and Leland Hazzard (Carol). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
