With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred E. Chest (Saint Johnsville, New York), born in Florida, New York, who passed away on February 26, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ouderkirk and Ethel Hillman Ouderkirk; her daughter Colleen; and her siblings, Clarence, David, Shirley, Beatrice and Carolyn.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl A. Sitterly of Bushnell, FL, Darlene L. Chest of Johnstown and Lawrence T. Chest (Kristina) of Fultonville; her brother Robert Ouderkirk (Nancy) of Fort Plain; her sister-in-law Janet Ouderkirk of Palatine Bridge; and her grandchildren, William, Kellie, Tracey, James, Anthony, Geoffrey, Noell, Matthew, Lawrence P., Kara, Courtney, Mackenzie and Colleen. She is also survived by twenty five great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
