He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan R. Brown and Doris I. Brown (Smith); his siblings, Steven, Sharon, Jackie and Claudia; and his father-in-law Bruce.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle M. Failing; his children, Quinnlan, BrieAyn Brown (Zachary), Tina Pettit (Al), Michele Wiltey (John), Larraina Carpenter (Tom), Terry Rocklin and Julie Ruszkowski (Tony); his mother-in-law Sondra Failing; and his siblings, Gary (Pauline), Walt (Bea), Phil (Toni), Linda, Rusty (Billie Jo), Ray (Karen), Debbie, Tim (Pat), Paula, Lisa, Connie, Joanne, Diane, Evan, Jr. and Bev. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
