He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Chris Dunlap (Lidia), Brian Donohue (Kathleen), Branch Dunlap (Boksoon), Lynn Morog and Kriya Dunlap (Scott Jerome); his grandchildren, Victoria St. John, Sean Donohue, Kelton Donohue, Joseph Morog Jr., Oben Dunlap, Dax Campbell, Aiven Dunlap, Terri Dunlap, Emma Jerome and Alden Jerome (Chloe); his sister Barbara Lewis (Don); his nieces and nephews, Donald Lewis Jr., Brock Lewis, Andrew Eyre Lunn, Devin Sadler, Susan Foreman, Elisabeth Klassen, Jennifer Brown, Rebecca Seyllers and Darcy Sadler; and his sisters-in-law, Gail Keyes and Sukie Feaster Lunn.
