With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ferne Allen Tisi (Saint Johnsville, New York), born in Vernon, New York, who passed away on March 4, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd O. Weaver and Alta Weaver (Davis); her spouse R. Cecil Allen; her daughter-in-law Karen Allen; her sister Hazel; and her brother-in-law Robert Brown.
She is survived by: her children, L. Janie Martyniuk (Pete) of St. Johnsville, NY, Larry Allen (Verna) of Oppenheim, NY and Gordon Allen of Moira, NY; her grandchildren, Stephanie Spofford, Larry E. Allen, Peter Allen, Christina Coons, Jason Allen, Shannon Martyniuk and Lucinda Davis; her great grandchildren, Cerina, Emily, Hannah, Zachary, Darek, Andrew and Samuel; her great great grandchildren, Willow and Waylon; and her son George Brown (Cheryl).
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
