With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Loretta Smyth Bohemier in Saint James, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2024 at the age of 64. She was predeceased by: her father Patrick Smyth; and her brother Patrick Smyth. She is survived by: her children, Jodi Farrington (Jason Rockwell) of Solvay and Steven (Sarah) of Solvay; her grandchildren, Damien and Lennon; her mother Janet Smyth of Camillus; her siblings, Ellen Hobbs of Camillus and Christopher Smyth (Janet) of Syracuse; and her nephews, Jay, Todd Hobbs and Shay Smyth. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, Lori's family asks that contributions be made in her memory to the Rosamond Gifford Zoo, 1 Conservation Place, Syracuse, New York 13204, in recognition of her love for animals and her commitment to conservation.
