She is survived by: her husband Albert Hofmann; her children, Richard (Gail), Carolyn, Suzanne (Camilo) and Barbara (John); and her grandchildren, Shaun, Ross, Michael, Matthew, John, Stephanie, Amanda and Stephen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
