She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vernon F. Towner (Red) of Wallace and Mary T Towner (Townsend); her pets, Isabella, Matilda and Junior; her sisters, Linda Sue Towner, Virginia "Ginny" Cartella-Boyer and Maryann Slobbe; her husband Rick Angell; her children, Kristie Babcock (Brian) of Hornell and Shawn Angell of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Hunter, Christian Babcock of Hornell, Isabella and Watson Angell of Georgia; and her sister Sally Towner Olmstead (Alan) of Wallace. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Debi's family request that any memorial donations be made to the Hornell Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Road, Hornell, NY 14843.
