Celestine M. Welch Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Shine" and Romaine Griffin McLaughlin; her husband Chester P. Welch; her sisters, Geraldine McLaughlin and Anne Kane; and her sister-in-law Marcella Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Davis of Allegany, James Welch (Sandra) of Hinsdale, Celeste Taber (Mark) of Madison, WI, Frederick Welch (Kathryn) of Olean and Thomas Welch (Bonita) of Charleston, SC.; her children-in-law, Sandi, Mark, Kathy and Bonnie; her grandchildren, Michael Brady (Gina), Shane Davis (Erin), Tasha White, Derrick Welch (Heather), Christina Sitton, Aaron Taber (Felipe), Kate Russell, Kristen Blumer (Hastings), Kara Richardson (David), Kevin Welch (Katie), Kyle Welch (Lindsay) and Ryan Welch (Cassie); her sister Mary Elizabeth Eaton of Allegany; and her sister-in-law Viola Christensen of Naperville, IL.. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family viewing and Mass will be held at Saint Bonaventure Church in Allegany.
