He was predeceased by: his daughter Patricia; and his parents, Mary-Kate O'Neill (Lavelle) and Patrick O'Neill. He is survived by: his significant other Kathryn "Kitty" O'Neill (Smith); his son Peter (Jessica O'Neill) of Windham, NH; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth, Julia, Hannah and Deliah.
