He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian; and his son Robert, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, DanaTruxillo (Terrence) and Mary Beth Armstrong; and his grandchildren, Meredith Schrader (Tim), Terrence Michael Truxillo (Rebecca), Adrienne Bryan (Craig), Mark Truxillo (Sarah) and Lauren Truxillo (Emily Flock). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations to Sag harbor Volunteer Ambulance Corps and the Sag Harbor Helpers who have provided him delicious home cooked meals.
