She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Burdick and Viola Burdick (Allen). She is survived by: her husband Arthur J. Wilks III of Beaver River; her children, Sheryl (Charles Hoffmeister) of Waterville, NY, Shelly McCarthy (Shawn O'Dell) of South Carolina and Arthur J. Wilks IV (Renee) of Little Falls, NY; her sisters, Sharon Osborn of Manlius, NY and Sue Rush of Dexter, NY; her grandchildren, Sage, Nick, Chris, Kainan, Kaitlyn, Alyssa, Connor, Keira and Grayson; and her great grandchildren, Cam, Nathan, Penelope and Stevie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sally's memory to the Alzheimer's Association or Sunset Nursing Home in Boonville.
