It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth McNeff of Sackets Harbor, New York, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on September 12, 2020, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James F. McNeff of Lima; her siblings, Jean Carey and Bob Mack; and her daughter-in-law Patti McNeff. She is survived by: her children, Susan Charley (Jerry) and James Kevin McNeff (Karen) of Wasilla Alaska. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
