She was predeceased by: her father Angelo Caputo; her husband James Chiodi; and her son Thomas Berkey Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Betty Lewis Caputo; her spouse Thomas Berkey Sr.; her children, Tina Wisner (Jeffrey) of Sackets Harbor, Melissa Wisner, Taylor Wisner, William, Dominick, Savanah, Nyah Chiodi, Michael Chiodi (Michelle) of Belleville, Keirsten Chiodi and Kaylie Chiodi; her grandsons, Thomas Berkey and Robert Berkey; her siblings, Josephine Peters of Dexter, Mary J. Whalen of Chittenango, John Caputo (Sharon) of Oregon, Anthony Caputo (Rose) of Watertown, Diane Mackenzie (Bruce) of Clayton and Debra Crary of Dexter; and her brothers-in-law, Ernest Peters (Bob), Charles Whalen and Mark Crary.
