Robert G. Maurer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert G. Maurer of Sackets Harbor, New York, who passed away on January 4, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Robert has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Maurer and Maria Maurer; his siblings, Mary Maurer, Rose Maurer, Katherine Maurer and Martin Maurer (Ann Montague); and his former wife Elizabeth Ingersol.

He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Tina Schuth (Thomas) and Toni Ingenito (Paul). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces.
