We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2018, at the age of 87, Neva Colwell (Sackets Harbor, New York), born in Belleville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Roderick "Cap"; and her brothers, Charles VanBrocklin and Richard VanBrocklin. She is survived by: her children, Dale (Teresa), Rick of Mannsville, Kimberli Massey (Ray) and Sackets Harbor; and her parents, Charles G. and Vera M. Downer VanBrocklin. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 3 fur babies and several nieces and nephews.
