We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Marion Spencer of Sackets Harbor, New York, born in Wellsville, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Chapman and Nettie Burt Chapman; her husband Ralph Spencer; and her brother Robert Chapman (Joan). She is survived by: her children, Boston, Robert L. Spencer (Jennifer) of Vernon, Vermont and Janet C. S. Quinn (Robert) of Sackets Harbor, NY; her grandchildren, Erica White (Corey) of Shirley, MA, Jesse Swann-Quinn (Martha) of Meadville, PA, Danielle Berry (Adam) of Portsmouth, NH and Emily Broderick (Mark) of Portsmouth, NH; and her nephew Kenneth Chapman (Patricia) of Fishkill, NY. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, children, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the PEO Chapter BA Scholarship Fund, 15 Edwards Circle, Oswego, NY 13126 to support educational scholarships for women, or to the Northern New York Community Foundation's Sackets Harbor Bell and Clock Tower Restoration Fund at PO Box 138, Sackets Harbor, NY 13685 to support the preservation of this historic community landmark.
