Julia E. Rizer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia E. Rizer (Sackets Harbor, New York), born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on October 1, 2024, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Kevin O. Rizer; and her grandparents, Mary-Margaret, Edward J. McGowan, Joy Thompson Ott and Jerry Rizer.
She is survived by: her mother Maureen V. McGowan; her sons, Mac and Martin A. Clement III (Mac); her former husband Martin A. Clement Jr.; and her siblings, Maggie (Alex Mehran), Katie Breen (Zach Zaremba), Jake (Lesli Breen) and Patricia Breen. She is also survived by two nieces, five nephews, as well as, beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and many other family, friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Church. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at the Lakeside Cemetery (320 County Rd 75, Sackets Harbor, NY 13685).
