He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Blasko and Lois Blasko; and his sister Emily Carey. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Girl Scout Troop and Papa; his wife Paula Mayo of Sackets Harbor, NY.; his children, Kevin Mayo, Tina Mayo of Endwell, NY, Amber Volpe of Dexter, NY and Anna Volpe of Sackets Harbor, NY.; his grandchildren, Kyle Mayo, Jayson Mayo of Endwell, NY, Zoie Gibbs of Sackets Harbor, NY, Samantha Masker and Emily Masker of Niagara Falls, NY.; his brother Ernest Mayo (Ann) of Georgia; his friends, Carl Schreckengost, Ona Schreckengost of Dexter, NY, Loretta of NewMarket, AL, Mackenzie of NewMarket, AL, Cameron Cross of NewMarket, AL and Brent Carr of NewMarket, AL; and his uncles, Clarence Love and Ernest Love. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
