He was predeceased by: his sisters, Shirley Scee and Sally Jessmer. He is survived by: his parents, Ernest Thompson and Viola Woodard Thompson; his wife Sue; his children, Julie Bombay (Timothy) of Tampa, FL, Arnold Jr. of South Carolina, Timothy Thompson (Reba) of South Carolina, Patrick Thompson (Marsha) of Adams, Tabitha Vinson of Spokane and Gerald Walts of Lancaster, PA; his sister Marlene Elmer of Adams; and also, Kenneth Thompson of Watertown, Gary Thompson, Michael Thompson of Watertown and Ernest Thompson of Arizona. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
