He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elena MD and Anthony Della Rocca, MD; his brother Anthony; his wife Darlene Della Rocca; his children, Ann Della Rocca-Fay, Amy Della Rocca and David Della Rocca; his children-in-law, Mark Fay, Brad Dunn and Sarah Townley; and his grandchildren, Sydney, Alexandra, Ryan Fay, Anna, Luke, Rosalie Dunn, Elena, Peter and Cecilia Della Rocca.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be given to the mission that was founded by Robert and Darlene Della Rocca, the Volunteer Health Program (volunteerhealthprogram.com).
