He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary; his sisters, Ann Fleming and Barbara Shea; and his parents, Peter Sinnott Jr. and Janice Sinnott O'Neal.
He is survived by: his son Peter IV (Erin); his grandson Michael of Rye, NY; and his sisters, Karen Sinnott of New Rochelle, NY and Maura Sinnott Allen of Rochester, NY..
