She is survived by: her parents, Anthony Pasqualini and Jacqueline Pasqualini; her husband Steven Agosta; her children, Jack (Nicole), Mike (Olivia) and Lainie (Jarrad); her siblings, Cara Macellaro (Jeff), Laura Prodzenko (Peter), Anthony (Leila), Thomas (Nancy) and David (Joann); and her siblings-in-law, Maria Licursi (Paul) and Christopher Agosta (Donna). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia's name can be made to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation or the Mount Sinai Medical Center IBD Center.
