He was predeceased by: his mother Ellen Burke (Kelley). He is survived by: his father Charles Burke; his wife Mimi Hazen; his pet Henry; his children, Ryan, Kevin Jr. (Alix), Kelley (Michael Baine) and Courtney (Jake Roth); his grandchildren, Ethan, Riley, Nate, Caroline, Gavin and Griffin; his stepmother Claire Burke; and his siblings, Charles III (Kathy), Brian (Lisa), Greg, Ted (Sharon), Terry and Tim (Joy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
