He was predeceased by: his father Hugo J. Cozzi; and his niece Diana S Cozzi. He is survived by: his mother Marie Cozzi; his siblings, Paget C. Stanco, Stephen, Louis and Paul Cozzi; his siblings-in-law, Gary Stanco, Susie P. Cozzi and Lisa S. Cozzi; and his nieces and nephews, Christian, Paget Grace Stanco, Michael, Joseph, Daniel, Matthew and Kathleen Cozzi. He is also survived by family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Guy's honor to NY Pet Rescue in Harrison, NY.
