He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Edward P.; his wife Ellen Veronica Purick of Port Jefferson; his former wife Joan Mary of Rye; his children, Kevin and Eileen Mary; his grandson Matthew Berry; his siblings, Mary Jacqueline, Regina, Irene and Lawrence "Bubby"; his children, Patricia Berry (Len), Maureen Moeller (Carl), Sean (Cecelia), Brian (Lisa) and Terence (Jacki); his grandchildren, Michael Moeller (Erika), Colleen Foster (Jason), Christopher Berry, Steven, Theodore, Gregory (Maureen), Andrew, Jeffrey and Lauren Dempsey; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Shayna, Gavin, Justin Moeller, August, Zephen Foster, Elise, Nora and Iris Dempsey.
