He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Kelly Phy; his brother-in-law Lee Keck; and his nephew David Keck. He is survived by: his siblings, Lester Phy (Lori), Dena Keck and Sarah Kinney (Cliff); his daughter Lizzie Phy-Collins (Robert Rogers); his grandchildren, Riefe (Meredith), Harrison (Dominique) and Lacey; his sons, Andrew Phy and Charlie Phy (Lynne); and his grandchildren, Christiane and Kelley.
