With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carmel Vacarro Loddo of Rye, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 10, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Vacarro and Elizabeth Vacarro; her husband Nicholas D. Loddo; and her siblings, Angelina LaBella, Madeline Garofolo, Sadie Huer, Antoinette DeCarlo, Ann Ross, Jenny Zaccagnino, Marie Santarsiero, Michael Vacarro, Mary Garfield, Gertrude Noonan, Margaret Mecca, Daniel Coviello, Rose Scandinaro and Mamie Vacarro.
She is survived by: her children, Nicholas D. Loddo Jr. (Johanna) of Carmel, NY and Lorraine Loddo Seicol (David) of White Plains, NY; and her grandsons, Nicholas D. Loddo III, Steven (Jackie), Jeffrey Loddo, Marc (Harry) and Andrew Seicol (Nicole). She is also survived by her eight great-grandchildren; and many many nieces and nephews.
