He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alice; his children, Ben and Deborah; his children-in-law, Mana Allen Model and Joseph Falkowski; his grandchildren, Molly Model, Lily Falkowski and Caitlin Falkowski; and his parents, Fae Model and Irving Model.
Donations may be made in memory of Alan Model to the Boston Symphony Orchestra Tanglewood programs for Families, the International Center of Photography or the Osborn Foundation.
