He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Pennella and Mary Ciolli Pennella; and his brother Robert Pennella. He is survived by: his wife Rose Anna Pennella of Rye Brook, NY.; his sons, Jared Pennella (Dana) of Port Chester, NY and Justin Pennella of Norwalk, CT.; his grandchildren, Ava Pennella and Luke Pennella; and his siblings, Richard Pennella (Marina) of Cos Cob, CT., Rodney Pennella (Mary) of Long Branch, NJ., Raymond Pennella of Memphis, TN. and Allene Mahr (Charles).

Memorial donations in memory of Mr. Pennella may be made to the Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital Memphis, TN.
