She was predeceased by: her father James Clarkson. She is survived by: her husband Donald DeSimone; her children, Jennifer DeSimone of NewYork, NY, Dana DeSimone Fiscella of Stamford and Donald DeSimone, Jr. (Samantha) of White Plains, NY.; and her grandchildren, Sean, Alexandra, Nicole and Charlotte DeSimone.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Donna may be made to the Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital Memphis, TN.
