She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Koehler and Alice Louise Koehler; and her husband John C. Duffy. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Christopher Duffy (Pamela), Gerard Duffy and Eileen Duffy Nieto; her grandchildren, John C. Duffy (Katerina), Kelley Rueda (Frank), Daniel Nieto and Brian Nieto; and her great grandchild Rose Maureen Duffy.
