He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine "Gerry" Manning; his siblings, Sidney "Sai" Manning and Muriel Whitmarsh; and his parents, Arthur Manning and Mabel "Dorothy" Manning (Andrews).
He is survived by: his children, Valerie (Douglas Beachard), Douglas (Vicki Manning) and Timothy (Tracy Manning); his sister Lowena Bristol of Canton, NY; and his foster daughter Linda Devore. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 8 great, great-grandchildren.
Social distancing guidelines will be observed, including the requirement to wear a mask. His funeral service will be held privately for the family.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Russell United Methodist Church or to Russell Volunteer Fire Department.
