She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O'Shea and Irene O'Shea (Fenton); her husband Leonard T. Allen; her son Wayne Allen; and her siblings, Elizabeth Carpenter, Beverly VanGroul and Charles O'Shea.
She is survived by: her close friend James Butler; her children, Tonya (Terry Clary) and Dell (Mary Allen); and her sister Cindy Griffin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the French Funeral Home Inc. (188 Main St, Edwards, NY 13635). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Donations may be made in Rosemary's memory to the Russell Volunteer Rescue Squad, The American Cancer Society or to St. Lawrence Valley Hospice.
