He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; and his siblings, Stanley Bullock, Arlene Bullock and Eleanor Bullock. He is survived by: his wife David Bullock; his brother Arland "Sonny" Bullock; his grandchildren, Jenna, Krista, Samantha, Davey, Jesse, Jadilynn, Jarrett, Meghan, Cameron, Kari, Morgan and Emily; and also Julie Bullock. He is also survived by 3 daughters and their husbands, Deborah and Darren Colton, Kathleen and Robert Hance, Patricia and Michael Bush; a son.
Donations in memory of Leland may be made to the Edwards Fire Department or the Edwards Historical Association.
