We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Larry A. Matthews of Russell, New York, born in Canton, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Matthews and Helen Matthews (Simonds); his son Charles "Chucky" Matthews; and his grandson Ryan Porter. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Wheeler; his uncle Hiram Matthews; his close friend Sandy Knowlden of Canton; his children, Kathy J. Porter (Donald Ashlaw) of Canton, Dan Matthews (Carrie) of Russell, Kimberly Matthews of Canton and Jamie Matthews (Kim) of Hermon; his sisters, Janet Burden of Roanoke, VA and Edith Bigwarfe (Joe) of Star Lake; and his grandchildren, Jessica Wszalek, Amanda, Brittany, Dan, Kendra, Kirstie, Miranda Matthews, Andrew, Chelsea Matthews, Dustin, Adam, Dillion and Bailey Coffey. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
