He was predeceased by: his former wife Harriett Donnelly; his spouse Wanita Plowman (Jesmer); his children, Charles, Bruce, Steven, Arthur O'Shea, Ida Mae O'Shea and Dorothy Powers; and his siblings, Katherine Atkinson, Lewis, Charles, Frank, Roland, Jack, Danny and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Clyde (Gene), Robert (Sue), Gerald (Kelly Tresedder), Clarence (Adair), Marvin (Janet), Brian (Maria O'Hannolin) and Robin (Shelley); his children-in-law, Betty, Paula, Claudia and Bob Powers; and his sister Betty Patnode (Carl). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
