He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Devlin and Charlotte Devlin; his sisters, Ruth Sarquist and Mae Devlin; and his sister-in-law Paula Wright.

He is survived by : his wife Jody; his children, Regina Lee Lynd (Todd), Todd Devlin and Erick John Devlin; his grandchildren, Arielle Rose Lynd (Blake Bishop), Dennis Patrick Daniel Lynd, Holden Costlow, Maddison Jozette Devlin, MacKenzie Alexis Devlin, Alexander O'Shay Devlin and Sophia Katherine Turner; his siblings, Michael Devlin (Noreen), Tim Devlin (Joanne), John Devlin (Judy), Jackie Crane and Pam Adams (John); and also, Howard "Butch" Sarquist, Freeman Housel (Jennifer), John Housel (Kathy), Ellen Johnson (Jim), Linda Dailey (Bert), Dawn Brown (Brian), Karl Housel and Orrin Housel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Penn Yan Bible Church, 2015 Kimball Rd., Penn Yan, NY 14527.
