Frances (Chapin) Elliott Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances (Chapin) Elliott of Rushville, New York, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Barbara Hively; and her nephew Jeffrey Scott Ribble, Jr.. She is survived by: her significant other Bryan Buckle; her children, Tabitha Stevens (Jason), John A. Ribble (Andrea), Stephanie Kirkland (Christopher), Derreck Elliott, Zachary Talbot (Kylie) and Matt Buckle (Ashla); her siblings, Johnny Chapin, Lynda Coots, Katie Ritter, Elaine and Dale Chapin; her mother-in-law Thelma Buckle; and her parents, Frank Chapin and Grace Chapin (Pratt). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; a great-grandson.
