He is survived by: his wife Candice; his children, Jaclin Lafollette (Jon) of Arcade and Trevor Hawley of Rushford; his grandchildren, Josephine and Jasper; and his siblings, Clyde of Waterbury, CT, Warren of Rushford, Donna of Belfast, Dean Hawley (Pamela) of Greenback, TN and Stephen Hawley (Jennifer) of North Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.
