Merz; her children, Donna Butterbaugh (David) and Brian Mellis (Elaine Smith); her stepchildren, Mary Diltz, Kathleen Bauman, Daniel Merz Jr. and Thomas Merz; her grandchildren, Dustin Butterbaugh (Cheryl), Jessica Butterbaugh (Kevin Avery), Julia Ham (Steven) and Kacey Lynn Chilton (Jon); her great grandchildren, Jonathan Butterbaugh (Brittany), Tia Avery, Aaron Butterbaugh (Cailyn Sieg), Kevin S. Avery (Kayla), Alyssa Butterbaugh, Josephine Caiazza, Addison Oakley, Dylan Ham and Julia Rose Chilton; her stepgrandchildren, Blossom Merz, Jeffery Pembroke, Jennifer Paynter, Nickole Bailey, Rachael Burns, Grant Bauman, Sonny Jenkins and Mathew Merz; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Oeschger (Bob) and Laurel Conderman (John); her nephew Jay Barrett; and her nieces, Laura Barrett Chambers and Cindy Barrett.
