She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Armstrong and Norma Armstrong; her husband Edward Winters; and her sister Doris Vedder. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Winters (Melissa) and Kenneth Winters (Jean); her close friend Ron Cole; her siblings, Elaine Turner, Marie Holland (Kevin) and Donald Armstrong; and her brother-in-law Frank Vedder.
