We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2023, at the age of 89, Margaret J. Katen of Roxbury, New York, born in Bay Ridge, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Franklin Katen (Butch); and her children, Franklin (Susan), James (Peggy), Patricia Michell (Thomas) and Diane Ward (Walter). She is also survived by her nine Grandchildren and her ten Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either the Rockaway Point Volunteer Fire Department & Ambulance Corps. or the Roxbury Volunteer Fire Department & Ambulance Corps.
