It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joshua Roger Carr of Rouses Point, New York, born in Ogdensburg, New York, who passed away on April 19, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Brian Shoen; and his grandparents, Clarence and Judith Shoen. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Carr of Florida and Candace Savage (Shoen); his parent-in-law Jody of Ogdensburg; and his brothers, Jason Carr of Ogdensburg and Donald Shoen (Karly) of Canton. He is also survived by three stepsisters and a stepbrother; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
