We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2023, at the age of 96, Jeannette Rowe of Rouses Point, New York, born in Mooers, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Boulerice and Leona Boulerice (Miller); her husband Donald Rowe; her sons, James Rowe, Alan Rowe and Donald Rowe; her grandson Darcy Manor; her sons-in-law, Wayne Brooks and Donald Manor; and her friend Joanne Favro.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Brooks, Jane Manor, Betty Bushey (Eddie), Gary Rowe (Julie), Paul Rowe, Debbie Cardin (Alan), Barbara Phillips (Dennis), Karen Delaney (Terry), Linda Parker (Alton), Sandy Duquette (Francis), Randy Rowe (Heidi), Keith Rowe (Julie) and Donna Kavanaugh (Brian); her daughter-in-law Lori Rowe; and her friends, Millie Willette and Clara Rabideau. She is also survived by 36 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
