He was predeceased by: his parents, Medric Boutin and Laura Boutin (Wellette); his wife Theresa P. Hebert of Mary's Church; his parents-in-law, Maurice and Ida Hebert (Lavalley); and his siblings-in-law, Homer Lavalley, Robert Scriver, Alfred and Virgina Hebert.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Cynthia Boutin) of Euless, TX, Katherine (Larry Brown) of Rouses Point, Karen (Calvin Coulombe) of Rouses Point and Bevera Gravelle of Rouses Point; his granddaughters, Amanda (Michael Mejia) of Fort Worth, TX, Emily (Ben Shank) of Dallas, TX, Madeline (Patrick Fogarty) of Plano, TX, Jessica (Patrick Girard) of Sacramento, CA, Melissa Peck (Kelsey Norwood) of Peru and Christina Deso; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Hunter Fogarty, Lane Girard, Lydia, Kelsey Norwood, Ryan Brown, Isabella, Eaven, Sophia Deso, Parker and Cole Lavalley; and his siblings, Evelyn LaValley of Kenmore, NY, Sylvia Scriver of Mooers Forks and Frank Boutin of Mooers Forks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (138 Lake St, Rouses Point, NY 12979). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
